Step 1: Click here to sign up as a ClickBank affiliate. Here's what the signup form looks like:
Step 2: You will be presented with a message that tells you to check your email for a confirmation code which will enable you to activate your account. Check your email, copy the confirmation code and click the confirmation link.
This takes you to a page which looks like this:
Step 3: Put your confirmation code in the first box and the security text (the box with the big black numbers) into the second box. Press the ‘finish’ button and you will be taken to the "Signup Complete" page.
